We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

The item must be returned in the original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase

Because our jewelry is handmade, the following items cannot be returned:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
